Every September, we travel to Yakima, Washington, to hand-select the most aromatic hops in the world. For our 2026 selection, we’ve partnered with Coleman Agriculture to showcase a specific lot of Citra. This collaboration with Yakima Chief is an exclusive look at what that specific harvest tastes like: massive notes of mango peel, lime, and lychee. It is a celebration of the grower and the raw intensity of the harvest.
Sundbybergs kommun, Stockholms län - SwedenOmnipollo is a brewery founded in 2010 by Henok Fentie, a former pastry chef, and Karl Grandin, a graphic artist/illustrator and designer. They concoct their recipes at home and travel to different breweries around the world to make their beers. They recently settled down, after 10 years of "nomadic" life, in an old church in Sundbyberg, north of Stockholm.Their ambition is to change the perception of beer - forever.
