This drop is emotional. 15 years ago me and Karl Grandin started this journey, releasing OMNIPOLLO®️ LEVON (6,5%). A celebratory beer brewed with champagne yeast, a kiss of American hops, and bottle conditioned in constant pursuit of those finer bubbles. To celebrate LEVONs (and in some ways our own) 15th anniversary we bumped the ABV to 9% and swapped the American hops for our favorite New Zeeland variety, Nelson Sauvin.

They concoct their recipes at home and travel to different breweries around the world to make their beers. They recently settled down, after 10 years of "nomadic" life, in an old church in Sundbyberg, north of Stockholm.Their ambition is to change the perception of beer - forever.
