Originally brewed to celebrate our bar in Tokyo, this fan-favorite has now been reimagined as a non-alcoholic offering. Unlike many of our thicker IPAs, Tokyo is known for its crystal-clear appearance and slim, sessionable body. Expect a beer that is heavy on pineapple aroma with a very low bitterness, capturing the precise flavor profile of the alcoholic original in a 0.0% format. Sundbybergs kommun, Stockholms län - SwedenOmnipollo is a brewery founded in 2010 by Henok Fentie, a former pastry chef, and Karl Grandin, a graphic artist/illustrator and designer. They concoct their recipes at home and travel to different breweries around the world to make their beers. They recently settled down, after 10 years of "nomadic" life, in an old church in Sundbyberg, north of Stockholm.Their ambition is to change the perception of beer - forever.
