It pours golden-orange in colour, with aromas of citrus jumping from the glass. On the palette it’s refreshing and sharp, laden with grapefruit and funk, with a dry finish.

They use wild yeasts and microbes from our environment as well as ingredients from all over the world. The beer is matured in wooden barrels.
