PeninsulaCervecera Península is a Spanish craft brewery based in Alcobendas, in the Madrid region. Born from a family venture between a father and son passionate about American West Coast craft beers, it draws on their years spent in Colorado and their head brewer's training at UC Davis in California. The brewery claims an approach with no dogma, blending science and art, respecting fermentation times without chemical accelerants. Launched around West Coast-inspired beers, its range has since expanded: American, hazy and imperial IPAs, sours and Berliner Weisse, stouts and porters. A hop-forward, precise signature, rooted in the craft tradition.
