Valiant Deeds is an Oatcream IPA at 6.1% from Welsh brewery Polly's Brew Co. A generous dose of oats in the mash gives it a soft and velvety mouthfeel, extended by the sweetness of lactose and freshly scraped Madagascan vanilla. Dry-hopping with El Dorado and Talus brings notes of gummy candy, Williams pear and pink grapefruit, with a hint of herbal complexity. Round, creamy and fruity.
