As usual, Popihn has concocted a little NEIPA bodybuilder with hops. The NEIPA DDH Mosaic Talus combines two hops appreciated by the beer geek public. The nose is very vegetal and herbaceous, we even detect some notes of matcha tea. The creamy mouth strongly marked by the grapefruit is accompanied by delicate herbaceous notes. A nice balance between citrus and vegetal, so soon finished that we ask for more!
