For this new DIPA we wanted to push the dankness beyond our limits. We never put that much Columbus in one of our creations so we went a bit outside of our comfort zone (don't worry some Mosaic got in the way so we stop running in circles in the brewery screaming) and blended some Waimea as well to back up this Columbus that we love so much. We hope that you'lle love it as much as we loved brewing it. Cheers Named after the most chaotic place in France.
PRIZM Brewing Co is a local brewery founded in 2019 near Montpellier with the aim of producing beers unlike any others. Following the opening of the taproom in Vendargues in 2020 and the release of its first batches in 2021, the initial recipes laid the foundations for the project: quality, creativity and precision in brewing.
