PRIZM Brewing Co is a local brewery founded in 2019 near Montpellier with the aim of producing beers unlike any others. Following the opening of the taproom in Vendargues in 2020 and the release of its first batches in 2021, the initial recipes laid the foundations for the project: quality, creativity and precision in brewing. Today, PRIZM is developing an evolving range of craft beers combining hoppy IPAs, fruity sour beers, imperial stouts and limited editions resulting from in-house research, with the aim of establishing itself as a benchmark for craft beer enthusiasts worldwide.
