Cette fois ci, c’est Vince qui est venu nous rendre visite à Vendargues pour brasser cette gourmande cocoa coffee hazelnuts imperial stout. Ce sont eux qui nous ont, pour cette nouvelle création, fourni du merveilleux café PEARL grindé pour un ajout à froid en cuve et tiré en expresso pour apporter rondeur et onctuosité en plus de ses notes chocolat noisettes. PRIZM Brewing Co is a local brewery founded in 2019 near Montpellier with the aim of producing beers unlike any others. Following the opening of the taproom in Vendargues in 2020 and the release of its first batches in 2021, the initial recipes laid the foundations for the project: quality, creativity and precision in brewing.
