Aroma is bursting with exotic combination of mango and pineapple complimented by the freshness of blood orange and passionfruit. Taste is filled with sticky ripe stone fruits and juicy melon and pineapple. Finish is lingering with a citrus driven bitterness.

His test beers, brewed in the summer house in the village of Pühaste, Valga County, received high marks from his friends. Continuing to brew as a "nomad" has brought many good comments from the wider Estonian and international craft beer community. Pühaste opened his own brewery in Tartu on September 10, 2016.
