This is the 1st in our new 'Palindrome' IPA series, we've come up with what we feel is a great base recipe that will allow us to delve into the details, make subtle tweaks and try new things to bring out a similar but different beer every time. This first one boasts a very juicy hop bill of Idaho 7, Citra, Ekuanot and Azacca.
Coxhoe, County Durham - EnglandS43 began in 2012 with a focus on developing their own British-style cask ale from the Brew House in Country Durham. They were known as Sonnet 43, inspired by Victorian poet Elizabeth Barrette Browning, who was born and raised in Coxhoe, County Durham.After 3 years of brewing, the team doubled in size and the beers "Raven" and "Aurora" were award-winning. In 2018, after brewing well, they asked a Texan to come in and help them continue the adventure.
