Founded in 2019 in Le Séchey, in the Joux Valley, and now located in Les Charbonnières, our brewery offers authentic and original beers, resulting from know-how and standards meeting the expectations of beer enthusiasts. Following constant evolution, we strive to refine our recipes, improving our technique and using superior quality ingredients. The result reflects our approach: a blend of tradition and novelty.
