Description
This beer, produced in collaboration with our friend winemaker Giulio Armani, matures for 12 months in oak barrels with our indigenous yeasts and bacteria. At the end of maturation, we add directly in barrels our Moscato Bianco grapes we grow on Berici Hills, together with grape skins. The maturation together with grapes and skins continues for further 5 months. Unfiltered, bottle conditioned. Beer in evolution.
Villaga, Veneto - ItalySiemàn means "six hands" in Venetian dialect, meaning three brothers: Marco, Daniele and Andrea Filippini. Coming from completely different professional backgrounds, they found themselves sharing the same passion, beer and wine. For them, the land in the district of Colli Berici (Berici Hills), near Vicenza, was a turning point, love at first sight. The passion for agriculture and the authenticity of their grapes also affect the beers, son of their land.
