The monks of Engelszell have chosen the path of expressive Trappist beers, but fortunately, they embark on a self-confident and independent path in regional solidarity (anchoring). In the composition of their beers, they are inspired by the unique natural landscape around the monastery, just as they wish to express their ethical and ecological responsibility towards people and nature with the selection of raw materials from the regional environment.
