The Bruery - Or Xata - 7.2% - 47.3cl - Can
Description
Blonde ale with rice, lactose, cinnamon, and vanilla Horchata is a traditional, sweet, milky drink originating in Spain and Latin America that has become quite popular in Southern California, particularly with Mexican cuisine. Our homage to the traditionally non-alcoholic drink is a blonde ale brewed with a heavy dosing of rice, cinnamon and vanilla along with lactose for a little extra creamy character. These ingredients meld together to create a taste and experience that hints at horchata, but it's much more than that. The flavor is hard to describe, but for those who know it, you know you love it.

Anaheim, CA - USATo understand what makes The Bruery truly special, you must first understand how they started: Patrick Rue in his kitchen with a thirst for knowledge and a passion for beer. It was a good touch of insatiable curiosity that led him to open a brewery, build a team of like-minded world-class brewers and ultimately earn the title of Master Cicerone (the highest international recognition at the level of knowledge of brewing techniques). This unique combination of unwavering creativity, undisputed expertise and unwavering innovation drives them to make beers that, frankly, could change the way you think about beer.
