TrimTab Brewing is a craft brewery founded by Harris and Cheri Stewart in Birmingham, Alabama (USA), which opened its doors in 2014. Its name is a tribute to Buckminster Fuller's idea of the trim tab: that small tab which, despite its modest size, is enough to change the course of an aircraft or a ship. Located in the Lakeview neighbourhood, the brewery has made a name for itself with its IPAs, Stouts and above all its fruited Sours, which have won several awards.
