Unetické PivovarÚnětický pivovar is a Czech brewery based in Únětice, about fifteen minutes from Prague. Brewing here goes back centuries: the earliest evidence of beer production dates from 1557, and an inscription carved in stone attests to its activity as early as 1710. Closed in 1948 for more than sixty years, the brewery came back to life in 2011 after major renovations. It carries on the great tradition of Czech lager, brewed by time-tested methods and served unfiltered. Its range spans pale beers from 8° to 16°, with round malts and the frank bitterness of the hops. A timeless classic of Bohemian brewing culture.
