Our wise old Ferryman's favourite fruit is, apparently, cherries! Naturally, we had to craft an Imperial Stout with a sour cherry twist, a beer we imagine he'd happily sip by his side at the helm. Inspired by our friends at The Kernel and their beautiful Export Stout Sour Cherry, we've created our own decadent take on the style. We added a sour cherry puree to our base Ferryman brew, resulting in our luscious DON'T FEAR THE CHERRYMAN. The delicious notes of sour cherries cut through the big maltiness, making this a pure black forest gateau in liquid form!
