For this brew we have teamed up with Southampton's Dancing Man Brewery. Shoal floats on a bed of simple sweet malts, is hopped entirely on Mosaic, and has a massive amount of peach thrown in to it. We've finished it off with a touch of vanilla to add that sweet hit that this brew deserves.
