The brewing world is full of legends, and unwritten rules. This is our RULE No. 1 - "tanto poi bolle" (as we say in Italy). It means: “It will boil anyways." In a NEIPA we don’t really care about all the properties that the boil will bring to it, so why not skipping the stage altogether and save a lot of energy? We decided to include in this project our friends of Ritual Lab - the Best Italian Brewery 2024. Hops: Riwaka, Motueka, Citra Cryo.
