According to our recipes, we have wort made by Lucerne brewers. In the manufactory, these are acidified and fermented with fruits. In addition to these fresh fruity sour beers, we cultivate beer wort with microbes in wooden barrels for years. Fruits and spices are also available here. Over time, noble Belgian-style sour beers are created.
Our quantitative ambitions are manageable, but the demands on what has been handcrafted are high.
The raw materials used are available in organic quality and from nearby. We know our producers and their work personally.
