Gin du Vallon is handcrafted in small quantities from a mixture of natural herbs and juniper berries and is characterised by its fresh, floral aromas. All the production steps are made by hand in the Vallon district of Lausanne. The illustrations on the label are created by Jonathan Germond, who also lives in the Vallon.
