Our vodka is made from organic potatoes grown by Samuel Emery in Ogens in the canton of Vaud. It is made according to a recipe dating back to 1825, which we have modernised. We take great care in selecting the finest raw materials, to ensure the highest quality. After selective sorting, our potatoes are washed by hand to remove any residual soil. Then the potatoes are mashed to convert the starch into simple sugars that can be fermented. Fermentation lasts four days before distillation. Our vodka is then aged for two months in carboys before bottling.
