We've taken our signature Gose recipe with its thick body made using oats, lactose and salt and given it our signature triple fruited treatment. This time we're using a fruit we've never worked with before, passion fruit, and combining it with a fruit we saw a lot in our last TFG, the tropical champion; mango! Passion Fruit clenches hands with the bright ever-zesty 'Lalamand Helveticus' Lactobacillus strain to bring a super sour dream team with salt stepping into the picture making sure they don’t get too carried away.
