Patrons Project 27.01 // British Culture Archive // Holidays in the Sun // DDH Double IPA - An exciting new IPA-led series for us, at a time when the UK hop industry is hurting alongside many of the breweries it supplies. We wanted to showcase some of the exciting new varieties coming through breeding programs, to highlight that they can hold their own when paired with their more renown, intense US cousins. In this first release, the orange zest and apricot notes of Olicana pair perfectly with the ripe pineapple of Idaho 7.
