Turning the volume down just a couple of notches, this wonderfully light 4.4% Session IPA, Running in Pairs is still bursting with a plethora of fruit cocktail flavours! A late boil addition of Cascade hops gives a spicy citrus aroma and a bright zingy bitterness. Azzaca produces fleshy sherbert mango and vibrant tart passion fruit. We couldn’t miss out one of our favourite hops, El Dorado, which we love for its soft peach and pear aroma and flavour. All of this with a resinous pine back note from Simcoe.
