Cloud Cuckoo is a collaboration beer with BFM from Switzerland. This beer is the product of over a year’s worth of work, and the perfect representation of both breweries. A blend of sour ale from BFM and a blend of sour ale from OverWorks. Defined by the darker malts and time spent in oak, this beer is a nutty, biscuty malt-forward twist on the Oud Bruin style. Expect plenty of vineous and woody notes with a splicing sour that chops through the sweet malts.
