A first for Garage And it's one that we are very excited about. Many of the team here are big fans of Belgian style ales so our first Tripel has been met with a lot of enthusiasm. Enhanced with a light touch of Sumac for a lemony tang, this is a strong beer but is imminently drinkable. Sumac is a spice that is very popular in Middle Eastern cooking and is essential in the spice blend Za'atar due to it's sherbety, lemony flavour.
