Description
Maz, formerly known as Mazarin, is my take on a “thinker’s beer”. Rather than being big and undecipherably complex I wanted to create something that would calm a hop yearning nerve without fuddling the brain too much. In other words, a lavishly hopped ale of judicious ABV — an Extra Special Pale Ale if you will. In fact, so extra special that it snatched a gold medal at the Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival in 2013. In november 2014 we doubled the hop bill.
Sundbybergs kommun, Stockholms län - Suède Omnipollo est une brasserie fondée en 2010 par Henok Fentie, ancien pâtissier, et Karl Grandin, graphiste/illustrateur et designer. Ils concoctent leurs recettes à la maison et voyagent dans différentes brasseries à travers le monde pour fabriquer leurs bières. Ils se sont récemment installés, après 10 ans de vie "nomade" dans une ancienne église à Sundbyberg, au nord de Stockholm. Leur ambition est de changer la perception de la bière - à jamais.
