7 years ago we home-brewed a beer with Tobias, Viktor and the clairvoyant crew of Sea-Goat Brewing. Tobias now works at Omnipollo and we finally decided to pick up where we left off brewing an IPA full of Citra, Simcoe, Amarillo and Tomahawk hops. Recipe in our home brew book Brygg öl.
Sundbybergs kommun, Stockholms län - Schweden Omnipollo ist eine Brauerei, die 2010 von Henok Fentie, einem ehemaligen Konditor, und Karl Grandin, einem Grafiker/Illustrator und Designer, gegründet wurde. Sie brauen ihre Rezepte zu Hause und reisen zu verschiedenen Brauereien auf der ganzen Welt, um ihre Biere herzustellen. Vor kurzem haben sie sich nach 10 Jahren "Nomadenleben" in einer alten Kirche in Sundbyberg, nördlich von Stockholm, niedergelassen. Ihr Ehrgeiz besteht darin, die Wahrnehmung von Bier zu verändern - für immer.
