Description

This beer matures for 12 months in oak barrels. During this period, a slow and wild fermentation by indigenous yeasts and bacteria occurs. At the end of maturation, we add directly in barrels the Incrocio Manzoni and Moscato Bianco grapes we grow on Berici Hills. The maturation together with grapes continues for further 3 months. Unfiltered, bottle conditioned. Beer in evolution.

Villaga, Veneto - Italie Siemàn signifie ``six mains'' en dialecte vénitien, signifiant trois frères : Marco, Daniele et Andrea Filippini. Venant d'horizons professionnels complètement différents, ils se sont retrouvés partageant la même passion, la bière et le vin. Pour eux, le terrain dans le quartier de `` Colli Berici '' (Berici Hills), près de Vicenza, a été un tournant, le coup de foudre. La passion de l'agriculture et l'authenticité de leurs raisins affectent également les bières, fils de leur terroire.
