Fermentation and maturation for 12 months in oak barrels with our indigenous yeasts and bacteria. At the end of maturation, we add directly in barrel our Tai Rosso, Turchetta and Pinot Nero grapes we grow on Berici Hills. Bottle conditioned. Beer in evolution.
