Farmhouse ale brewed by farmers, to quench our thirst during summer hard work in our vineyards. The beer matures 7 months in oak barrels, receiving a wild contamination of indigenous yeasts and bacteria from our natural winery. This mixed fermentation gives freshness, dryness and acidity. Gently dry hopped before bottling.
Villaga, Veneto - Italien Siemàn bedeutet "sechs Hände" im venezianischen Dialekt und meint drei Brüder: Marco, Daniele und Andrea Filippini. Sie kamen aus völlig unterschiedlichen Berufsfeldern, teilten aber die gleiche Leidenschaft für Bier und Wein. Das Grundstück in der Gegend von ``Colli Berici '' (Berici Hills) in der Nähe von Vicenza war für sie ein Wendepunkt, Liebe auf den ersten Blick. Die Leidenschaft für die Landwirtschaft und die Authentizität ihrer Trauben wirken sich auch auf die Biere aus, die ein Sohn ihres Terroires sind.
