House Of Haze is a beer we have been looking forward to for a while here at Brus. This beer is the first one, featuring a lot of Idaho 7 hops that we flew to America in 2019, to select specifically. Of all the lots we were presented, this was by far the best. Along with a solid base of Pilsner, Wheat and Oats, it is backed with a bit of Centennial and Amarillo. This lot of Idaho 7 has a huge aroma of pineapple and mango. We absolutely love this hop and you can expect to see much more of it soon!
Ringstedvej, Region Sjælland - Dänemark To Øl (für "Zwei Biere") ist eine dänische Craft-Brauerei, die von Tore Gynther und Tobias Emil Jensen gegründet wurde. Sie begann 2005 mit Heimbrauen und entwickelte sich ab 2010 zu einer Wanderbrauerei. 2019 übernehmen Tore und Tobias eine 25.000 m² große ehemalige Lebensmittelfabrik im westlichen Teil von Seeland in Dänemark, wo sie eine vollwertige, speziell entworfene Brauerei und ein Zentrum für handwerklich hergestellte Getränke einrichten. To Øl City ist der Name dieses Ortes. Hierher können auch andere talentierte Produzenten aus der ganzen Welt kommen und den verfügbaren Raum und die Ressourcen nutzen.
