Fribourg, Fribourg - SwitzerlandFor Alain Morand, co-founder of the Brasserie Artisanale de Fribourg, it all started in the early 1990s with the idea of opening a small student bar with a team of friends... which quickly became a great success.Year after year since 1993, the small brewery grew and increased its production from 18 000 liters in 2008 to 40 000 liters in 2010. The Brasserie Artisanale de Fribourg is now well known and supplies about thirty restaurant owners in the canton, but mainly in Fribourg and its immediate surroundings, in order to guarantee the quality of the product.
