Two friends, Mikel Mendizabal and Marc Baulida, who started brewing at home in 2011, joined a cooperative and started selling their beers in a gourmet restaurant.

They opened their brewery in 2013 and brewed rather classic styles at first, but soon became interested in more experimental brews. Pale Ale, Weizen, Stouts, but also acidic barrel-aged beers and beers fermented with brettanomyces yeast.

Today, more than 60% of their production is composed of barrel-aged sour beers!
