Aigle, Vaud - SwitzerlandThe supply of apples and pears for BlackDot Cider is made from a single farmer who cultivates, between October and December, several varieties in the yards located between Coppet and Nyon, in Switzerland.The pasteurization is done after each harvest by the farmer and then transported to the cider house. From then on, the precious blend is fermented during the winter until spring and then bottled and packaged by BlackDot, by hand.
