Brasserie des Alpes

The Brasserie des Alpes was born thanks to the meeting of two beer enthusiasts from Lausanne who discovered a passion for taming hops. The sharing of the precious brew with numerous amateurs encouraged us to brew new recipes with more audacity and always the same passion. SMASH is the acronym for Single Malt And Single Hop. Using only one variety of both allows us to appreciate their distinctive flavors, like the mono varietal in the making of a wine. We brew beers with strong characters and put the hops to the fore. Our beers are more than just white/blond/amber. All our beers are made in a traditional way with passion and great attention.
