In 2019 - With a view to upgrading the by-products of our brewery, they created a micro-bakery to transform the spent grains and beer from transfer losses into various varieties of crackers with high nutritional value.
The transparency of their organization and the traceability of their supply chain are a priority. They create simple and seasonal products with short circuits. Most of their raw materials are sourced within a 40-kilometer radius of the brewery.
