Brewed with wheat and barley malts, La Salamandre has a floral and spicy bouquet with a light yeast note. On the palate, it is creamy with a touch of acidity. In the finish, it is not very bitter, but racy, with a hint of bitter orange peel and a discreet hopping.

Brassée avec des malts de blé et d'orge, la Salamandre est une bière au bouquet floral et épicé avec une note de levure légère. En bouche, elle est crémeuse avec une pointe d'acidité. En finale, elle est peu amère, mais racée, on sent alors lécorce doranges amères et un houblonnage discret.
