ITA: Si presenta di colore ambrato chiaro e schiuma leggera di colore bianco velato. Al naso stupisce per la freschezza e l’intensità delle note floreali e balsamiche di anice, accompagnate da sentori di miele del cereale e profumi di legno. In bocca risulta ricca di sapore con un ingresso di cereale che si accompagna ad intense note speziate di Angelica che richiamano l’anice e un finale avvolgente, quanto delicato, in cui emergono sfumature legnose, tostate, quasi di tabacco, dettate dal passaggio in botte di legno. The scent is characterized by an astonishing freshness, intense floral and balsamic notes of aniseed, accompanied by hints of honey from the grains used in the recipe and scents of wood. The rich taste is initially dominated by notes of cereals and intense spicy hints of angelica, reminiscent of aniseed. The enveloping, yet subtle finish reveals woody, roasted, almost tobacco-like nuances that come from the time spent in wood barrels.
