Bottling date: 22/11/2023 For this special edition of our Aardbei/Kriek, we have blended a strawberry lambic with a Schaarbeekse kriekenlambik. The strawberries come from an organic farmer. The cherries were picked by around ten local families. Maceration lasted on average over 11 months and most of the lambics we used were over four years old. The weighted average age at the time of bottling is over 34 months and the final fruit intensity is 472 grams of strawberries and sour cherries per litre. 100% 3 Fonteinen.
