3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze Cuvée Armand & Gaston is a blend of traditional lambics aged for one, two and three years, all brewed at the 3 Fonteinen Brewery. Spontaneous fermentation, patient maturation in oak barrels and the beer’s ongoing evolution in the bottle result in a beer of distinctive complexity. No two bottlings are identical, as there are numerous variables in the blending process, a variety of barrel sizes and shapes, differences in the proportions of aged lambic, and so on. This cuvée, like all our lambics, is 100% natural, authentic, spontaneously fermented, and brewed in accordance with tradition, just as Armand and Gaston Debelder always did. This geuze has fermented in the bottle and will continue to develop its flavours and aromas over its long life when stored correctly.
