Bottling date: 18/01/2024 For this second batch of Blaufränkisch grape lambic, we returned to Claus Preisinger. We macerated the whole grapes for five months in young lambic before blending them with older lambic, aged for two years. The weighted average age of this grape beer is over 12 months. The final fruit intensity is 375 grams of grapes per litre of Druif. All the grains used in the brewing of the ten lambikken come from our Pajottenland grain cooperative. 100% 3 Fonteinen. A few
