3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze Golden Blend is a blend of lambics aged for one, two and three years, with at least 25% aged for four years. Spontaneous fermentation, patient maturation in oak barrels and continued development in the bottle result in a beer of unique complexity. No two bottles are identical, as the blending process involves numerous variables, including the variety of barrel sizes and shapes, differences in the proportions of aged lambic, and so on. When stored in the right conditions, 3 Fonteinen Golden Blend can age for several decades. Traditional lambic is a living cultural heritage, rooted in the Senne Valley! Bottle-fermented, unfiltered and unpasteurised.
