Antidoot - Woop Woop - 6.5% - 75cl - Bte

Description

Inspired by an old Brabant tradition, this beer was brewed with barley malt, raw wheat and old hops. It was mashed cloudy, transported cooled, spontaneously fermented and matured in Burgundian oak barrels. This particular version is a mix of barrels that are 4 and 5 years old, without topping up.
