The exceptional Lune cuvée was co-created with Florent Martin, MOF sommelier at The Peninsula (Paris). An original blend with a complex, rich and structured profile combining around fifteen spices, plants, roots and fruits reminiscent of the light of day and night. Lune features an infusion of strawberry leaves, grapefruit peel, honey, sugar, ginger, kombucha ferments, barberry, mint, yuzu juice, verbena, sumac, cinnamon, sweet clover, black cardamom, Penja black pepper and tonka bean.
