ITA: Birra giallo opalescente e schiuma bianca, si presenta al naso con note marcate di cereale e aromi agrumati di mandarino e coriandolo oltre che fresche note di luppolo. In bocca tornano gli aromi agrumati, ben equilibrati con i sentori di cereali che si fondono alle delicate note di buccia di arancia bruciata esaltate dal lievito Baladin. Nell’insieme una birra fresca, di facile bevuta seppur di carattere che si esalta mano a mano che sale di temperatura fino a sprigionare sorprendenti sentori di miele d’arancio. ENG:A yellow, hazy beer with a white head, it has distinctive scents of cereals and citrusy aromas of tangerine and coriander, as well as fresh notes of hops. The taste, too, is characterized by citrusy notes. These are perfectly counterbalanced by tastes of cereals which blend with delicate hints of burnt orange zest, brought out by the Baladin yeast. On the whole, it is a fresh beer that is easy to drink. Yet, is has a strong character that becomes bolder with raising temperatures, until it releases unexpected scents of orange blossom honey.
