Baladin - Open White - 5% - 75cl - Bte
Description
ITALIANO - Interpretazione Baladin delle birre di frumento. Schiuma pannosa. ENGLISH - The Baladin interpretation of a Belgian bière blanche. It is light colored with apricot nuances, with a natural and intended cloudiness due to the presence of suspended yeasts. The head is thick and creamy. The scent is pleasantly reminiscent of citrus fruits, yeast and wheat. It has a delicate and well balanced body, which makes it very easy to drink. The taste is also very fresh and full of aromas of citrus fruits and coriander. The bitterness comes from a balanced use of hops and gentian root, used in a cold infusion. Ideal as an aperitif, to quench your thirst or to sip with vegetable entrees, fresh cheese and fish.

Piozzo, Piemonte - ItalyThe Baladin farm brewery was established in 1996 (production and bar) in Piozzo by its founder and master brewer Teo Musso.Throughout its evolution, it has moved several times according to the evolution of its production needs: from a few square meters stolen from the pub, to the larger space of Teo's parents' chicken coop, to the current modern and vast facility at Baladin's Open Garden. All of the locations that have hosted the brewery have one thing in common: the production area is an open space that welcomes people and tells a story.
