ITALIANO - Interpretazione Baladin delle birre di frumento. Schiuma pannosa. Al naso si sprigionano gradevoli profumi di agrumi, lievito e frumento. Corpo delicato e ben bilanciato per favorirne la bevibilità. In bocca si propone molto fresca e saporita di note di agrumi e coriandolo; la parte amaricata è data da un uso equilibrato di luppolo e radice di genziana, quest’ultima utilizzata in infusione a freddo. Aperitivo ideale, ottima per dissetarsi o per accompagnare antipasti di verdure, formaggi freschi o pesce. ENGLISH - The Baladin interpretation of a Belgian bière blanche. It is light colored with apricot nuances, with a natural and intended cloudiness due to the presence of suspended yeasts. The head is thick and creamy.
